I am in Houston and wanted to watch the Brewers game on FSN WI. I have the premier package so I was surprised when the channel came up as not purchased. I called customer service and after a long time on hold they said it was a known broadcasting issue. Can anybody give me any insight on what this means?

What you got is a CSR that doesn't know what they're taking about. First of all it looks like the game was postponed so noboty say it. Second unless you're in the home market for a professional sports team the out of market games are blacked out. If you want to watch out of market sports games you need to purchase the package like MLB Extra Innings, NBA League Pass, NHL Center Ice, etc.
