I think you're asking what you need to do to get the 625 to see the additional satellite? All you need to do is run a checkswitch. If that isn't what you are asking please reword.
I'm wondering since there is going to be 3 satellite feeds instead of 2 I will need to run another coax for the 129 will I need some other kind of switch for this to hook into?
You will not need any switch. Assuming you have the regular 1000.2 LNB, it has a built in switch.
Nope, no switch (as Matt said) and no need to run another wire. Just run it to the receivers and use the DPP separaters where appropriate (for the dual tuner receivers).
