Latest on audio drop-out issue? Can we consolidate threads?

I'm searching around and see several threads on this. Its extremely annoying. I noticed it last night on ESPN while watching the Titans that it happened probably a half dozen times. Makes me feel like my satellite antenna isn't getting a good signal or something.

Is there a general 'information' thread on this I should be following?
