to kinda bring this one back up Lesea6 is now a spanish station called
Aliento Vision

Looks like a NY type station (they are on low powered stations in NY/NJ/Philly area
 
If you go to the audio channels on G16/C go to the Angel 1&2 channel the left channel at 8:00 Central Time you'll hear news not heard on the main stream networks. Their web site is www.trunews.com you can listen to the archived programs, even though I have broadband I still listen to it off satellite. It would drive my wife nuts when I tried to listen to it on shortwave with the fading and static.
 
If you can locate the intercom APID they give a schedule from master control., But the engineer I talked to says he does not know which TP or channel it is on .... In fact it may be on a data channel as he sees a printout. He is "quite sure" that comes from the satellite and not by email. He has heard the cue alerts several times - tones that cue the local ids and breaks, an audio program guide, then tones to cue back to net. He works for a network that grabs and records programs for their network.
