Long story short, I am an ex OrbyTV customer looking to put together a Dish Network system for my trailer / house. I thought perhaps we could help each other move forward while also saving money. Who doesn't like that...?

I am looking to assemble a complete system (dish, receiver, lnb, etc)

I think I prefer the mobile style receivers (wally, 211, etc) because I am under the impression hopper systems are not "stand alone"...? If the hopper is unplugged a random room (joey?) quits working? If I am wrong please correct me. I was last on Dish in 2010. Time flies LOL
