LG Blue Ray and HDDVD player

I have a Toshiba HD-A player and a Playstation 3 I am using the PS3 as a Blue Ray player. I dont want to use it that much because I want to use PS3 mostly as a game consule. Is the LG Combo player a good deal? I dont use the Internet feautures for the HDDVD Thanks
