That's the $64,000 question for us D* folk in LIN cities. My best answer is "soon."
I will tell you that I can get both channel 4 and 23 in HD OTA great in Wheatfield with my Silver Sensor indoor antenna sitting on top of my entertainment center. The Channel 23 tower is on Grand Island, so I think you'd have a good chance of getting it in Lockport. Channel 4 tower is in the southtowns, so that may be questionable.

I sure hope soon. Most of my Packer games will be on FOX again this year and I hate using OTA for fox when all my other local channels that I watch are in HD via statellite.
