Lip Sync issues on National HD

Am I the only one who has noticed significant lip sync issues with the Dish Network national HD channels? Is this an issue with MPEG4 or with the accusition methods used by dish? I wonder if they are getting this content via IP instead of layer 1 which FEC on IP would cause such an issue. If anyone has any ideas please chime in.

I am very dissapointed my local cable company gets national HD from headend in the sky and does not have this issue.

I have the same lip sync issue, but only with CNN HD..

i have them with cnn hd and my rsn hd channel. while i was watching cnn hd i changed the channel and then came back to it and the sync issue went away. this has not worked with my rsn hd channel.

Might do a hard reboot on your receiver.. Like powering off your receiver and then unplug it for about 3-4 minutes plug it back in then power it back up. Then check those stations see how the audio is then.
