LNB for 99, 101, 103

I'm new here so maybe I missed it, but a quick search didn't give me any results.

Does anyone know of a supplier or manufacturer that has (or could make) an LNB to receive 99, 101, and 103? I'm assuming this LNB would be much smaller than the current Slimline LNB that also receives 110 and 119.

I've seen this referred to as a "cobra" LNB in other locations.

There is a new dish in the works that will get 99,101, and 103. There is information about it at dbstalk.

The old AT9 dish has a lnb that will just pick up those sats
