Local Channel Stuttering in Connecticut

I am watching football today on Fox and even last night when I watched the baseball game on NBC, the audio/video stuttered. I am fully aware of weather and wind and foliage and such; however, no other HD channels experience the same problem so I am trying to figure out what gives because it is highly annoying!

Watching Giants game now and no video stuttering only audio; sounds like a skipping record. Also, I do not know if this is related, but recordings on FOX have had moments of a yellow screen with no audio/video . . . any ideas?

I am hearing it as well its a digital stutter that happens about once ever 6 seconds.

Fox 61 sound is bad for me. CBS 3 is fine. 61 OTA is fine.

I have the same problem. Just the audio is stuttering on Fox 61 and the audio doesn't look like its in sync with the video.

the question then is : WHAT GIVES???

as I said before, same thing during Yankees game last night . . . are the signals being compressed or something which is causing this?

i made sure to tell him to include that it occurred all night during basbeall on nbc and today on fox
