Help!!!, i had Voom installed yesterday, I get no locals on one box and on box number 2 and 3 , if you change channels while looking at the locals, the box freezes and you have to do a soft reboot of the box to get the box to respond. anyone else have this problem?

Since you were just installed yesterday your stb's may have an older software version on them,they will get upgraded in the next few days and the lock ups should stop.When I was first installed(1/31/05) I had that problem for a couple days then the stb was upgraded to a newer software version and the problem went away
Software Version
Press the Voom button, Help button, and then the Info button, look on the third line down, where it says NEP. If it says 737 then you are updated, anything else then you are not. Be sure to place receiver in SAT mode at night, it does help you to receive those downloads easier. Hope this helps.
