I've got a DishPro with a 522 receiver and my local channels were ok (35-40 signal strength) until 10 days after the 3 month warranty ran out!
It went from only getting my local channels in the day until about 1 hour after the sun went down, then nothing after a coupla weeks...
I went out and changed the Azimuth on my Dish (mounted on a pole) ever so slightly and was able to get enough of a signal to get my locals back... for a week then the same story as above!
I tried to move the Sat again, got enough of a signal for my locals in the day for 1 day and now nothing!
Having talked to the Dish Techs several times and been told that it has to be my switch (DP34), even though I ran the test and it tests OK everytime, and the other channels change fine with NO hesitation.
When my local channels start to go out the locals start getting blocky until they just go out and do the Satelite search thing until they can't find one to come in strong enough.
Question is, has anyone else has this problem and does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to get a stronger signal on Satelite 105 (Transponder 11)???
There aren't any trees blocking in case anyone asks!
Thanks in advance people!!!
