Local retailer suggestion - Cleveland, OH

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good reseller in Cleveland?

I'm thinking of making the jump from Dish. Not committed yet, but thinking about it. I learned my lesson with my Dish install -- go with a local retailer and pay extra to have a proper install. Would love to know who people have had good luck with.

I've used D* to schedule all of my service work, and they subcontract Bluegrass Comm. out of Akron and they've done a great job for me for the past (about 7yrs worth) call D*. I'm in the eastern suburbs about 30min from you.

Also, I am in the cabling business and verified the installers that were out here did the install the correct way (why didn't I do it.....FREE INSTALLATION!!!)
