Locals down?

I just noticed that my locals are down in Columbus Ohio when I tried to watch NBC national news. Fortunately I have 2 Hopper3 that both have dual OTA tuners. I am setting up timers to record Magnum PI, Bull, The Good Doctor, and Manifest.

I called Dish. They have a recorded message that states that they are aware that they have a problem currently with the major networks. Must be a lot of people calling because the projected wait time is 38 minutes.

Yep. Locals in San Antonio went out at 5:24pm CT, and are still out.
 
All four local networks show black screen without audio for Tulsa DMA on 129 TP14 (Spotbeam) even though SS is 59. Reboot did not help.
