My local channels are all on sat129 transponder 3 and the signal is very low, about 36 to 38. Get outage before even a little rain. Other nembers are fine. Thanks

Tech was here yesterday. Spend an hour and a half changed dish to the blue one. He changed everything he could, even moved the dish 2 feet higher.Nothing worked called his boss several times and all he could come up with was power interferrence. Nothing around here could cause that as far as I know. I guess I'm stuck with low signals or find another profider....Help!
