With all the stink people made about Voomers needing antennas for OTA, now it seems our world was again far ahead of the rest.

With Voom my locals usually come with two feeds 7.1,7.2,7.3 etc. When I got locals over my D* it was just one. Now with HD locals do the other DBS providers, E*, D*and SC, send the variations on the dish too? Or do their boxes integrate OTA as well as the Voom box?

Thanks for any input.

I switched to D*, and the box integrates the locals the same as Voom. I get the sub-channels that you mention in your post, and get them integrated into the guide. One difference is that the Voom STB supplied power to the OTA antenna, but the D* box does not. You have to get a stand-alone power supply for the antenna, but it is less than $30.
