Locals / Superstations only

Can you just receive locals and the superstation package only?
Trying to save money and was inquiring if this can be done

If you are owned you can probably pay the $6 programming access fee and get locals for 9.95 and all or ala carte supers for 2.00 each.

I was told if I owned the receiver I could get the locals for 5.99 and an access fee of 6.00 per month.

Well I have the same thing (locals+supers) - I have a locals/access only pkg that is $10. (+ the $7 supers pkg) Problem is, I do not think they offer the combined locals/access pkg any longer, but I would ask anyway.
If not, it's probably going to be as posted above.
FYI - you can also add for FREE all the PI channels, but you have to ask to have it done.
