ok, hi im new here

I have A JVC 3500 satelite reciever that i got from a freind, i have servic and all but i dont have the lock password for it, how can i reset it or obtain the password?? dont tell me to ask my friend cause i already did and he doesnt remeber

Welcome to SatelliteGuys, it's great to have you here.

Call Dish Network and they can reset the unit for you from remote. It only takes a second on the phone and about 2 minutes for your box to get the signal.
