I've been to Antennaweb and live in Zipcode 48867. When VOOM eventually goes to allowing multi DMAs (right now I have Lansing, as they have more HD than Flint), I'd like to have my antenna changed out with something that could bring in Detroit channels (50 miles or so away), and I'd have a rotor put on as well.

Can anyone recommend an excellent antenna?

Capmeister,

welcome.

I have used the RS VU-190XR

Here Is the one that worked best for me and i tried a few . I have alot of trees around me and they are and over 70 feet tall and I am about 50 to 60 miles from some stations and I get them all here in GA.
1 4228A 8-BAY EXTENDED RANGE HDTV-COMPATIBLE UHF ANTENNA Channel Master @ $47.51
1- 7777 UHF/VHF pre-amp Channel Master @ $57.93
1 9521A Remote Control Rotator @ $ 69.95 got these at http://www.warrenelectronics.com

If you need both Uhf and Vhf reception, then Sean's is a great antenna. If you only need Uhf, buy the RS Uhf for $22. If you look at Sean's picture, the $22 antenna is the portion on the left of his.
