That mount is going to need some work but usable if you can streighten out the actuator mount and weld the bottom actuator tab back on. Maybe get it sandblasted and painted once the repairs are done to make it look pretty again.
I can straighten the mount. Weld the tab and prep and paint the steel. I'm not finding any mounts for sale. looking at a 24 inch actuator arm to put on it.
