Looks like 0x0221 is back in the stream

I just manually downloaded 0x0221. I had the NR with some audio issues. Hope this fixes them.

Yep. Shows 0x221 is the past upgrade from yesterday at 3 am. Was 0x195. What did this newer version fix?

I have been updating from the very beginning and I have 0220 on my HR20 and am having NO PROBLEMS with any update in the last 3-4 months.

This automatic download overwrote my CE release from last week, is there a way to prevent that from happening?

No way to prevent national releases, it means DirecTV is comfortable with the CE results and decided to roll it out.
