Losing favorites lists

I have a 322 receiver, after it does the daily program guide updates, my favorites lists are gone, all I have are all channels and all subscribed. Whats going on here? Is it dying? I am think about upgrading to HD, maybe now is the time? Thanks for any help.

Just an update, I called Dish and they had no idea what is going on with it, told me it would take at least 3-4 days to figure it out. So I switched to Directv, got a great package for a great price and upgraded to HD all in one shot. Dish can go to hell.

If you went to DirecTV because of a bad 322, then yes you definitely missed something.
