Losing signal clear sky

I live in Houston. Tonight we are trying to watch 176 and 171. We keep losing the signal about every two minutes.
There is not a cloud in the sky. Anyone else having a problem?

those channels are on 119 transponder 16 which is even transponders affected by lnb drift.what receiver and dish are you running?
