Lost Audio on 4DTV receiver

Hello All
This evening i didn't have audio on my x4 subscription channels and on non subscription channels on other satellites. Programming center gave me rehit and told me to play around with audio menu option 633
this didn't work and was told to contact skyvision tech support but they were closed. Is any one else having this issue

My X4 channels have audio as I type this. Are you sure your not in Dolby Digital. If you are you need the SPDIF connector connected to a receiver. I am in Surround and audio works on all RCA audio out and RF channel out.
