Lost our tv in Denver

I've been having intermittent issues with 129 dropping out for the last month or so. It did it again just a few minutes ago. Got the complete signal loss message and hopper switched to SD channels. Sky is hazy with scattered clouds, so I don't believe that's an issue. Is Dish having uplink or satellite problems?

There is bad weather around the Cheyenne uplink center. Don't know if that may be the issue. Definitely something going on with 129 here. Signal has never been great here in central IN.
