Lost Signal

I have signal on the following TP 08,09,12,13,16,17, 20,21 however on TP 11,15,18 and 19 my signal jumps to 25 for a moment but will not lock. I have tried to re point my antenna but with no success. I have a 1.8 meter dish. Does anyone know what I can do to bring in these TP.

You neglected to share the most important bit of information: which orbital slot?

Since you're from Mexico, I'm going to assume that you're talking about 119W.

In that case, the signal loss was by design and it isn't going to improve. The new satellite doesn't leak as much signal outside of the DISH Network service area as the old one did.
