Lost video

I have a HR10-250 DVR which I made a mitake thru the setup and switched the video format to HD and the tv that it is hooked up to now is not hd and we lost the video but the audio is there.

How do we get the video switched back I looked in the manual I don't see any thing there to do that, we did a rest and it goes thru the whaole thing and just audio.

Need help here.

If there is a format button on your remote, go thru them, it should cycle thru and you will get video back when you find the one that the TV is set for.
