Low Transponder.....?

On G18, the 11732 H transponder, (Va knowledge network) is at 38-40%, when all the others are 70% or higher.
Not that I watch that one very much but after re-peaking my G18 dish, (turns out it was already dead nuts-on),
this signal is still much lower than the rest.
Anyone else having this too? :confused:

I changed my converted Hughes 50cm dish on Galaxy 18 to a Patriot 76cm dish and whilst the improvement is noticable the signal still varies a lot over the course of the day. My dish is aligned using a satlook NIT and it is well clear here so I know it is at best, so I can only assume it is an uplink atmospheric problem.
As I point of interest is there a schedule somewhere of the satellite uplink sites available?
