Thanks to Charper1 and Nuetron for the links for the remote. Another question:

What is the latest firmware version for the LSS3200A? I think its listed November 2004 on the one I have, however until I get the remote, and an access card, I can't tell much about it. Its pretty clumsy using the buttons on the front.

The remotes I was pointing him to are actual OEM remotes. It will look, act, and feel like the original remote.

Where are the LG or Zenith remotes? I looked all through that over crowded page and couldn't find one; I would love to get an extra as a spare.
