I will be purchasing an HD receiver soon, and have narrowed it down to these 2 models. Can anyone give me insight to how they compare?

I like the RCA based on the reviews about how good an OTA HD tuner it has. How is the one in the LG?

My other requirements are:
-Simultaneous output on all connections (component, S-Video, composite)
-To be able to connect DirecTV, OTA, and basic cable, which it appears they can all do.

My concerns for each are:
RCA- documented horiz. line issue.
LG- Custom channel list issue.

Thanks in advance.

Unquestionably get the king of all DIRECTV HD STB's the LSS-3200A.

We sell both and I know these boxes very well. LG made the best HD DIRECTV/ATSC receiver.

I have I of these and the previous model sister SAT-HD520 by Zenith and can concur that these are the nicest boxes. Not to mention that you can not go wrong dealing with Robert.
