Been having simalar problem ... But veiwsat says 80 Strength and 80 quality, But when hooked up to dvb card it says 80 Strength and 0 quality. been trying for awhile now to fix but no avail ... any help?
Might have the settings wrong
- wrong switch settings
- wrong LO setting
- wrong transponder settings
- legacy vs bandstacked LNB ...
- DVB cards are a #@^&/=, so it could be a lot of things...
