Many RTV and other channels recently added to 137W?

I was experimenting with my new 6 foot solid panel prime focus dish last night and happened to be blind scanning 137W for any additional C-band channels using my Openbox S9 receiver. When to my surprise it picked up around 40 FTA channels, most of them RTV.

I looked around and can not find mention of these channels anywhere outside of Tuff TV and a couple RTV channels that were there a week ago. All the channels are booming in with excelent signal quality, far better than the 50 or so RTV channels I pick up at 87W. I used the accurate scan function of a november version of firmware to scan in the channels. Curious if anyone else has tried scanning 137W lately for Cband?

They've been there for a while. 2 mux's

4080 is the national feeds of TuffTV, RTV, PBJ, etc and is in DVB
4160 is the affiliates of those stations for local markets and is in DVB-S2
