My understanding is that because of the cost of the massively expensive system, they are only doing it in very large developments (1000+ homes), and that it isn't doing as well as they thought it would. An MFH3 system is rather pricey. Gotta have GigE switches all over the place, too. Technologically, it isn't as sound as expected, either.
