Migration of SD to 8PSK

With regard to the info in the attached pdf file....

I noticed about a week ago that 703 & 705 have now been duplicated into empty slots the high 700's. The channel names of 703 & 705 have been changed from what they were to "REPOS1", but were still visible at those locations with my DSR-315.

I bet the migration is now in the works......

They moved those over to 8PSK to get a little more bandwidth

Since they are just time shifted dupes they really arent needed for everyone

They should put everything in 8PSK but a few of the "locals"
