Two days ago around midnight we must have had some very awful weather in this part of Southeast Louisiana. Went to sleep after watching some FTA, when I woke up the following morning and looked at my front yard it was a mess, went inside and searched for some channels and stations, I could not see a thing. Went outside to my back yard and checked at my 6' dish, and it seems to have moved just enough to make everything out of wack.

The dish does not look as it was damaged or twisted, but it is defenitely out of alignment from before. Now I have to realign and recheck everything on my dish.

Man I love this hobby.

The good 'n the bad:

The bad news is: you have to realign your dish.

The good news is: you know how to realign your dish, and it's free!

As a kid, I built a Heathkit color TV.
When it needed tune up or realignment or reconvergence, I know how!
So, no expensive service calls. ;)

Yeah, Avenger, things got really bad on the South Shore of the lake as well. No damaged or misaligned dishes, but I witnessed a whole line of power poles get twisted out of shape while we were out shopping. The store (a Sams Club) lost power, of course, and we were stuck there for awhile.
