Minor annoyance

For the last few days when I click on LOG IN,it goes directly to the bottom of the log in page,then have to scroll back up to log in.
Also just now when I clicked on the blue NEW THREAD button it went to the bottom of that page,had to scroll back up to create this thread.
Using win 7 Pro 64,Palemoon and Default no sticky.I did clear cache and cookies and it still does the same thing.
It's nothing major just a WTF

Not sure what is causing this, but I see the same thing, every time I start a new thread.

Seems to be fixed,whatever it was,at least on the log in anyway.
