Mitsubishi WD-57731 QAM

I know this TV has a QAM tuner built in. How do I access it? My cable internet has unencrypted QAM channels (locals in HD), and my LCD gets them just fine. I can't get this Mistu to get them.

If it has a QAM tuner it should just scan the cable in connection and find the channels. But, I see it is also a cablecard ready TV. I know my TiVo will not do the QAM without the cablecard.

Crap. I bet that's the case as my TV does have the cablecard.

According to Time Warner I can't get a cablecard unless I subscribe to their digital cable service for $29 a month. CRAP.
