Anyone knnow which cable co's are offering this package this year?

My problem is I will be in California from June through the entire summer, and D* will not transfer my service out there for me so I can just use them.

Not really sure why they wouldn't but oh well.
Anyway just wondering which companies are going to carry it this year, so I have an idea of who to look at, and where to go, I have lots of choices, just need to know.
