I am a DISH Network subscriber. Subscribing to MLB Extra Innings seems fruitless due to the lack of RSN's available.
YES, MASN, SNY, SportsNet Philadelphia. Also MLB EI does NOT provide the OTA feeds (e.x. WWOR9 carrying a Yankee game) where as MLB.TV does.

I am in the NY territory claimed by the Yankees and Mets. I'd like to watch these teams but cannot due to DishNetwork refusing to carry these RSNs.

Are these feeds available on MLB.TV?

Also, I've been reading about cirumventing the blackout restrictions. Is this worth doing? There's some debate regarding MLB's ability to physically locate someone. Is it truly based on IP address or on credit card/billing informaiton? Is there any way to avoid being blacked out from ALL games? I heard about HotSpotVPN but are there any other solutions. HotSpot VPN would basically black me out of anyone who claims SoCal (Angels, Dodgers) off the top of my head.

SportsNetwork Mets

I was warching the Mets game today on channel 438
on DishNetwork. Does this mean D* reached agreement
with SNY???
