I was searching about s-band satellites and ran across this company.
ICO [FONT=&quot]mim[/FONT] will deliver 10-15 channels of premium live TV content for 7–15 inch screens.
In a letter to the FCC the company states The ICO G1 satellite reached its intended orbit on April 25, 2008 and is operational and has successful completed two-way voice and data sessions. NBC Universal and Discovery Networks are providing live mobile video content for the trials.

I sent an email asking about the trial will post anything I get back fast.

Thanks for your email. The trial is scheduled to start later this summer – initially, its an engineering trial, however, at some point we will look for friendly users. We expect the trials to run into 2009.
