I have done several things required to get the sg2100 and hotdish aligned properly but I still need more help on some stuff that is making me uncertain if I am doing things right. I purchased a ku lnb to do the sat search and alignments with my sat meter but I have noticed that when I tap into the echo 500 system I only can scan maybe 11 local network channels from various states. I substituted the universal Lnb for the standard KU with digital ready so I thought I could get at least as much as my 18" DTV dish could. Also the sig level is less then half the amount as the 18" and it is peaked, am I missing something. I am trying all this with mytheatre and progdvb?
