Interesting. Could there have been extenuating circumstances in Hartford? A station (or more) that wouldn't allow D* to carry for instance? Or maybe D* didn't have retransmit equipment there for some reason?
Lets hope that now it is the Neilsen list and that D* gets thru #70 very soon. (My dad is in GB.) And a real kick-ass HMC next month, lots of national HD, etc...
