I have 4/722's. The tech did say that with just 3 I wouldn't need the external switch .

Could anyone that did the Dish 500+ reflector mod to the EA dish post pics and what their signals are after the mod. I'm assuming the mod is straight forward with no problems?

Yep signal went up 10 -15 accross the board.

The Tech installed the 500+ refelector.

So only thing I noticed was the reflector and the reflector mount was changed, No drilling!

And the LNB arm and Mast stayed installed the during the whole process.

I had 2 Techs Peak the 1000.4 and neither could do it justice, against premature rain fade.

So the Plus Dish Reflector solved that!.

I could have , If i didn't drop Dish like a Bad habit!

There are a couple people here that have this setup.
Its a 1000.5 setup.
