hi all. As was mentioned in another thread some of these diseq motors have slop in the tube attachment. My new motor did also. I found a solution over on a European fta forum. I couldn't find a similar thread here so that's why I'm making this one. I tried it and it worked well for me. You may have to adjust your elevation setting slightly to compensate for the repair. The repair consists of adding a bolt to push against the motor shaft. Pictures attached. I used a 1/4-20 bolt.
