of my existing Hughes HTL-HD to a new HD receiver with a 2 year contract. Which unit will they upgrade me? Is it worth the change? They also said that my existing receiver may not pick-up all the channels available? Is this true? Thanks to all for your help!

They will probably upgrade you to a H20 receiver. This will receive MPEG4 channels, which right now is HD locals and regional sports networks. After new satellites go up next year there will be additional channels which have not yet been revealed, but the capacity should be there for considerable expansion.
