Moving data line at top on some channels

Have a HR-22/100 and am seeing the frame line at top. This only appears on some channels such as amc. This just suddenly appeared, never had this before. No adjustment on TV to move frame up to hide. Thanks for the help. THX1138
 
What you see is most likely the data info transmitted on the SD broadcasts.
Double check your TV's service screen to adjust this.
 
finding the "service screen".

I have not found the service screen. I have looked at all the adjustments and am not able to find such adjustment.
 
Your TV is probably set to show all pixels. This is sometimes called 100% or dot-to-dot or 1:1 mode. You can't use this mode with signals derived from analog sources (such as SD signals) because the picture positioning is not accurate enough, timing and other errors cause one or two pixel "shifts" in the picture which then shows the closed caption data as "noise" in the interscan. You need a view mode which has slight overscan, I don't know what that is called on the Sharp TV
