Moving dish to pole from roof

I have been contemplating moving my SlimLine dish from my roof to installing it on a pole near my house. Does anyone know if you can just call DirecTV and have them move it, or do I have to do it myself? I have the Protection Plan by the way.
Please don't ask what my current signal levels are, as I'm currently not at home and won't be back to my home in Northeast PA until Sunday (6/25).

I have the Protection Plan. Just call DIRECTV and tell them what you want to do and they will schedule a appointment.

I've had like 3 relocations under the protection plan no issues.

Mine use to be on a pole but tree grew and blocked that view ..

But I feel I had better signal /less fade events on a pole
