If I move my dual HD tuner to a location where it can not be connected to a phone line will I be charged an additional fee for that. Currently the dual HD tuner has a phone line connected and my 2 single HD tuners do not have phone lines connected. When I move things around 1 single tuner will have the phone line and the other single along with the dual tuner will not have a phone line.

You wouldn't be charged the $5 fee (we don't charge it anymore). We do still recommend connecting it if possible, but there's no penalty if you don't.
No, you won't be charged. They did away with that fee recently. Someone else might have to chime in with an actual timeframe - but I do know there isn't a connection(less) fee any longer
The only real risk you have with multiple boxes and not having them all on a phone/internet connection is a call from the audit department. The more receivers you have the higher the risk of audit.
