I have had Voom since June and have been fairly happy with it. I am moving in a couple of weeks and I am afraid I won't be able to get a reception at the new house.

What procedure should I follow? Should I take the stuff to the new house and try to install it myself? or Should I call Voom , cancel, and let them come and take my satellite and then when I move call and start a whole new subscription?

Or should I just call and get Voom to move the satellite for me and install it? (someone said they charged like $100 or more to do this option).

Thanks all,
D. Benefield

You need to call and ask Voom that question. However, I would call Voom before you have to moved out of the old house.

If you cancel and then resubscribe after you move, you will probably get stuck with the new install charges and the higher program package rates. Definitely call and ask if you can just have your existing service moved to the new house. It might cost you a little up front, but it will definitely be cheaper than a new subscription.
