What are they going to do with them? That remains to be seen.

in stupid people terms (like myself ) Is this why there are those side bars on every SD channel when I am watching D* From my Dad's house? (Except for some SD channels that are completely gone from his HD receiver )

nothing is in HD where I live so that really threw me for a loop
